This oh-so-pretty infusion is like taking a stroll through an English garden. A blend of rose petals to lift the spirits, rosehips and hibiscus for a bit of tartness and a burst of vitamin C, and juicy strawberries add a little sweetness. Cooling and light, this ruby-coloured tea is refreshing, whether it is drunk warm or chilled and served over ice. Happiness in a cup. Enjoy: Midday to evening on a hot summer's day. Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 3-5 mins. Best served as is. A little honey or sugar may be added for sweetness. Delicious as an iced tea.
